Are you confident the contact you have with Aramex is reliable? IE not a scammer. For Aramex a possibility is they are also being wary of your contact, especially if the details of the shipment (consignment number etc) do not match in their system in some way?

My company used to have a contract with Australia Post and the experience was generally quite good. Subsequently they cancelled our contract as we didn’t meet their volume requirements and we ended up with Fastway around 6-7 years ago.

I purchased an item from ebay. The seller sent it using Fastway Aramex. The last scan is 8 Dec in Sydney (destination Melbourne). The Aramex web site shows Melbourne is seriously backed up. A query to Aramex has not been responded to in their service level time.
I contacted the ebay seller asking for a refund and that they should make a claim for their loss to Aramex. That process has a few days remaining to play out.

I am right now dealing with a delivery via Aramex that is driving me up the proverbial wall. Order went in to Dick Smith/OneShup via website on 8 Sept. Fortunately I paid with Paypal, as will become clear. Notification the item was shipped next day.Tracked as being in Melb, 30 Sept, tracked to be in Sydney.
