I have to share the information about the support offered to our elders (I’m 73) through ACAS their government backed ( our taxes at work) digital programme Virtual wellness services , is invaluable . And freely available to those who have an assessment and can then receive an iPad as well as lessons and classes in all manner of interests ,

It’s an interesting suggestion. Unfortunately I’m having difficulty locating the program details online or using the government Aged Care web resources. ACAS appears to be a Victorian service, equivalent to ACAT in the other states and territories.
Perhaps I’m searching using the wrong terms?
Are you able to provide a web link or resource details to help others locate the option you mentioned?
