For well over two years at LEAST one in every three deliveries of the Weekend Australian are missed. I live six kilometres from the CBD and am in a wheelchair (which Ive alerted the Aust Compliants Bureau to literally dozens of times) so getting another paper is quite literally a pain. I get up very early so its not being stolen just useless delivery - for which I pay. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
