Masters may have sourced product from several different manufacturers (brands). Many common branded building products are not exclusive to a single chain. EG Hume doors are sold by Bunnings and Mitre10.
There are several brands mentioned in other Choice Consumer topics. There are concerns raised for composite products across several brands. You may recognise your product as from one of the other suppliers. Unfortunately advising the product was purchased from Masters may not be sufficient to identify the brand/manufaturer.
