In the “sub-$30” category you can include the FocalMax Accordion, not a bad headset for the money, although it does use fresnel lenses. Image quality and colour suffers because of that, but it’s fairly comfortable for extended wearing, and even though the manufacturers claim glasses users are out of luck, I’ve been able to use my reading glasses with mine quite successfully.
