Travel Insurance from Cover-More

I had paid for a 15 day cruise of New Zealand departing Sydney on 28th February. When my wife and I boarded the ship and went to our cabin, I experienced a very significant attack of claustrophobia. We had to abandon the cruise. I subsequently lodged a travel claim for the amount of the cruise. It was denied on the basis that my wife had a pre-existing illness. I appealed against the decision. I recently received an email advising me that the earlier decision has been overturned and the refund has been paid into our bank account.

We tend only to put into print our negative experiences. I believe Cover-More deserve a commendation for the action they took. I can confidently recommend cover-More to members of our Choice Community.
