I thought Choice were quite open and transparent in regard to their partnership with Bill Hero. The article I read on getting a better electricity deal and the links I explored thereafter made me completely aware that they receive a commission from Bill Hero, and it all goes back to their non-profit ventures.

I think the point is that a number of us have had awful customer service from Bill Hero, and are surprised that, despite this, Choice continues to promote them. Getting commission is one thing, rewarding bad service is another
