I have the bogus tax office with the threats on my answering machine. If I hadn’t heard of it, I would be very worried. Robyn

2 weeks ago I got a similar message (Perth number). I called back and I was informed that there is an arrest warrant and I can be arrested any time UNLESS I pay money “today”. The man I was talking to introduced himself as a Travis Jones (although he had an Indian accent). As I was not aware of “tax office scam” I got really scared, although I have my taxes under control. Luckily I didn’t give them any details, except of the number of my tax agent.
The person I was talking pretended to talk to my tax agent!
