My wife purchased 2 pizzas and chips from a Tamworth kebab and pizza shop in September for $44.90, which is what it shows on the paper invoice. Currently looking at the credit card statement and we’ve been charged $50.62! That’s close to a 13% surcharge, which is seriously excessive.
My wife does not recall seeing any notification of a surcharge, as we generally pay cash if there is one.
