We’ve been customers for a long time and in one case when I got mugged and robbed their service was exceptionally good, outstanding even, but that was a long time ago. Their website now says they are no longer accepting new customers which seems to me an unusual business strategy. Does anyone know (really know, not think they know) what is going on here?
As an existing customer, have they sent any communications about what is happening to Secure Sentinel? It appears that Equifax for some reason has decided that this part of the business is no longer worth pursuing as a separate business.
