Samsung Delivery - don't believe the email confirmation regarding delivery times

As a long-time Samsung user, I recently decided to upgrade my Tablet to the latest version. After chatting with the online staff (who also provided a generous 10% discount code), I purchased a new tablet and keyboard.

As expected the confirmation email quickly arrived advising that delivery should be expected in 2-3 business days. Fast forward four business days, no change to the order status. When I contact Samsung support centre seeking an explanation why the delay by chat (not very helpful and could not explain why), the call centre (not much more help other to say it would be 10-14 business days); it was only when I contacted Samsung through social media was I provided a link that was buried deep within the FAQ was information regarding delivery times being delayed to up to 15 business days. Not particularly happy!
