I have been using a couple of the real estate websites lately and find it really annoying that property prices are listed as “National mean”. This is a meaningless number and bears no relationship to what the actual price for similar properties might be. I realise the current property market is hot, but I would expect “mean” prices to be published that better reflect the property locations.
