Read the T&Cs (post #113)…namely…the What This Warranty Does Not Cover. There are enough exclusions to drive a truck through so they can dishonour any claim made under the extended warranty.

No different to any other insurance policy. Lots of inclusions and exclusions and fine print.

I can’t fathom why Nick Scali has not been featured yet on A Current Affair or hit the press for consumer ethics violations. I wish I’d never bought from this company.
