Member @raflack posed a question about one of the badges
With the proliferation of badges, as well as the designated champions and invited-experts, could Choice staff make a comprehensive list of the member badges, champion categories, and what ‘invited-expert’ means, and how they are obtained for those so curious?
They all exist but not in one place I can find, and not all in ‘member-land’.
I have wondered that myself. How does one get Community Elder, or Scam Buster, as a few examples.
I have a few badges that I could use, but as others can see, choose not to use them.

However not all are explained, eg Consumer Defender and maybe a few others?
Elder is only granted by CHOICE to those who need to have Moderator abilities.
Consumer Defender Black are particular invited Community Members who undertook some tasks early on in this Community to assist CHOICE research and had assisted others in the Community beyond the normal assistance we all give.
Defender Gold I don’t have details for but they are likely those who participated in groups that preceded this Community.

There are a few needing a brief description added for consistency. Maybe one for @BrendanMays or @jhook on a rainy day.
