Politwoops is an app that collects deleted tweets from politicians in over 54 countries so you can access them . I don’t know how I stand on apps like this as I value my own privacy and therefore that of others . Interested in others opinions on said app .

I’m not sure you can claim privacy for something you put on twitter. If you post something you really regret, just publicly retract it. That’s what the politicians should do as well. They certainly don’t get to hide their public mistakes in any other context. If they say something stupid or regrettable in an interview, they don’t get to delete the public record. Or the youtube re-posts. I think the availability of the app should just make people a bit more wary about what they post on twitter. That’s no bad thing.
