Toby is pretty good like that, too. But he wont play fetch, he chases a ball or fake mouse for 30 seconds then gets bored to sobs. The only toy he likes is his big black rat, and he’s lost it.
I’m still trying to turn him into a 100% inside cat, and he just won’t wear it. Bought a HUGE litter tray for him, to be kept in the garage because there really is no other suitable place for it, he knows its his, but he won’t use it. Instead, he digs up the carpet at the front door. He’s made such a mess of it I’m going to have to get someone to come and de-glue it from the concrete slab (yes, really, thats what the spec builder did) and put tiles in, instead. Tiles which can be scratched.
