pension confusion waiting time for centrelink. I have tried to get specific information from centrelink about how my assets are calculated . still confused

Centrelink is known to be severely under-resourced so getting the personal assistance you seem to need from them may be long waits in their queues.
While waiting the services available here may be helpful.
