Oeko-Tex Certification for Home Textiles - ALDI Australia. Just curious if choice has ever come across this on textiles. It mentioned being safe. If so what can be different to clothing textiles from years ago. I never remember seeing this labelling. I noticed aldi mentioned about product testing if one looks at the website surely does it mean thry actually test products. Ive never known retailers to test products themselves. Unless im wrong. Have a look at the website.

Not unique to Aldi.
Note Oeko-Tex is a Swiss based enterprise.
It has trade marked its brand and created its own standards for assessment of textile products. Hence Aldi do not do any testing.

Thanks again. It mentioned with the material using Australian cotton made overseas. Bizarre situation maybe cheaper to make elsewhere
