The SDS is about hazards such as inflammability, toxicity etc and does not say anything about its assessment as suitable for any given purpose by the TGA or anybody else.
The TGA has a list of 256 products (last time I looked) approved for COVID disinfection but not this one. So there are plenty of other approved COVID disinfectants both alcoholic and not. The statement by Choice that non-alcoholic hands wipes are ineffective survives intact.
