New car that is lemon

I bought a brand new car and ten months in it a lemon the computer keeps doing a hold load of crazy things it is a KIA it has been in and out of the dealership and it has been 3 nearly 4 months now what’s more while in the dealership they hit my brand new car with one of there car trailers so now that has to be fixed too does anyone know my rights here this is a nightmare and I have no idea when I get my car back again I have tried going to kia to the top but there is no way there is some at kia Australia but he just as bad as the dealership and they just keep telling me they fix it but it will take time? where can I go I fed up with this It has be going on since 19 January this year now I really think I never see my car again
