I am trying to buy a Massport 550913 edger. I am in Melbourne and when I put in my postcode it comes up with Bunnings who don’t stock them. When I email Massport they asked for an adjacent postcode (come on). They finally give me a mower servicing company. I ring them on a Friday afternoon but they are closed at 1pm today.
Massport “where to buy function” needs improving. Then I found another retailer who doesn’t have them in stock and could get them in at $599 whereas the Choice price RRP was $549. Normally you can get them cheaper than the Choice RRP.
Massport will go broke with service like this
