Litfad online scam – product never delivered
I ordered a sofa/bed from Litfad on March 1st, 2025, and paid AUD 1307. The product was never delivered, although they deceived me for four months with various excuses and false information. They claimed they did not have a tracking number and said my order was still being processed. Later, they tried to keep my money by offering partial refunds and charging “handling fees.” After I filed a complaint, PayPal issued a full refund in July 2025.

I want to warn other consumers to be cautious with Litfad, as many others worldwide have reported similar complaints.

Thank you for providing details of your experience. Warnings like these do help inform others so they hopefully don’t get caught.

I saw online that it appears Litfad do not have a great reputation, it is always useful to check online to see what others have experienced with a business before proceeding with a purchase, particularly if they are only an online presence and not a usual expected Australian business. Though even some Australian businesses do not always have good reputations.
