Litfad online scam – product never delivered
I ordered a sofa/bed from Litfad on March 1st, 2025, and paid AUD 1307. The product was never delivered, although they deceived me for four months with various excuses and false information. They claimed they did not have a tracking number and said my order was still being processed. Later, they tried to keep my money by offering partial refunds and charging “handling fees.” After I filed a complaint, PayPal issued a full refund in July 2025.
I want to warn other consumers to be cautious with Litfad, as many others worldwide have reported similar complaints.
