LG USA Product Warranty and Support

I purchased a brand new LG 3400WC washing machine that came with a defective control panel: knob turns but doesn’t change cycles; flat panel control don’t work at all. Home Depot said contact LG which you can only do through website chat and which I was disconnected from several times. Repeated instruction given but she didn’t believe me so she asked for video. Video wouldn’t upload on site so she send a text. I didn’t find text and upload fast enough so that disconnected and closed request. Out $800 unless I find my tech and purchase a new control panel. I WILL NEVER BUY LG again and I suggest buyer BEWARE from LG!!
