Latitude credit card phone app and service centre

I have endless problems with the Latitude App on my pone and online service centre - I seem to always have to try at least twice to three times to log in. I now need to change my email registered with it, and while I achieved that for communications it still persists in holding onto my old one for my id.

I can not help wonder cynically if this is a move to make it hard to pay monies I owe to the card!
If I can work out how, I plan to cancel card.

Our experiences - Logging into the service centre, it didn’t recognise the password. Meaning that the ‘forgot password’ function to reset the password… and then using 2FA to authenticate the password change and login.

Clumsy as we had just set-up the password before the above happened.

I wonder if their standard login process doesn’t have 2FA and why the above occurred.

The app seems to work okay, but like some other financial institution apps requires password everytime the app is accessed. This increases the risk of mistakes occurring when passwords are being entered. We overcome this using a password manager to cut and paste the password.
