What are the defects?
The product was not compliant with the mandatory standard ‘Trade Practices (Consumer Product Information Standards) (Cosmetics) Regulations 1991’.
The product sold between April 2013 and November 2016 did not list all ingredients on the packaging.
What are the hazards?
Users may be exposed to ingredients they are sensitive or allergic to. If a user suffers an adverse reaction they will not be able to check the ingredients list to identify the possible cause and seek appropriate treatment.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
