I applied to connected with Exetel then on same day cancelled. I complained to Exetel who then removed the one month fee. Today, however, they say I will be charged on Sept 4th. Does the ACL protect me against unfair fees?
Did you check the terms and conditions? What did they say about cancellation notice and payment intervals?
