How much tuna is in your can. ABC News

Having just read the ABC news article “ How much fish is in tinned tuna, and how to shop for your needs” on tuna content ranging from 35 % to 73.5% and referring to a similar investigation of tinned tomatoes from 60% to 98% I am wanting to know more.
We understand about unit price for our budgets and we understand about ingredients lists for our nutrition. I am wondering if Choice could look into making this easier for us by researching by nutritional labels on the basic healthy foods that we all buy and publishing the results, ideally in one article. We know how to do it but you could make it easier for us!
I know you have previously done this comparing Strawberry Muesli Bars but many of us would never buy those anyway though I am sure it was helpful to many others, particularly parents. I usually go for unprocessed foods but we all use tinned food at times and it seems there are fillers used that we aren’t always aware of in places we may not expect to find them.
I couldn’t see this elsewhere but perhaps I have missed an article. Thanks.

I always read the contents to see what is what , Heres a good one for you “Oat Milk” contains only 4% the rest is water and assorted fillers
