How do I contact a PERSON at Microsoft?

I have been trying to change my subscription for the last year. I enter everything as required but then it goes back to the same page. How do I get a PERSON who will be able to change my subscription for me and arrange a refund for the excess I have paid?

I did try that number (132058) but it said not connected.

That’s unusual as it is still quoted on the Microsoft website.

Another option is Microsoft sales support on 1800 624 449.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I actually got this number from the website but when I called was informed it was no longer connected. I will try the sales number you suggested and see if they can help me.
