Could this be a Scam?

Mobile phone SMS (TXT) - is this another example of how scammers attempt to leverage our fears? [IMG_3411] Assumption it is a scam. Neither the clinic nor a phone number provided. Both being the norm, and in this instance the SMS not following similar messages usually kept together by sender. Rule 1 - do not click on the link, Rule 2 - scammers can be smart, Rule 3 - don’t ignore rule no 1.
