I am one who can’t get it running. Even our new Android 9 phone results in a fatal system error when going through initial set up screens.
Have been in contact with the MyGovID tech support and they are looking into it. I suggested they look at PC option rather than relying solely on a smart device access.
They have a MyGov code generator which seems to work and why not use this for verification. It is good for MyGov, but not for the government’s business platform…doesn’t make sense and maybe the left hand isn’t talking to the right.
