talking about the consumer law i have a major issue with my car i contacted fair trading ok who told me to contact the dealership where i purchased it from. The dealer did not accept responsibility or any desire to repair it. I was told to contact holden where i am taking it to get it looked at but my point is that im getting a good impression of being protected. I feel very much like im by myself here. i Am not overly confident in the consumer law considering it is a major mess up. And i did what i was told to do and have been following what the law states.it clearly stated i am entitled to a repair or replacement. as it is major. if holden doesn’t help im not sure what next. And to add to the repairs last year i spent in excess of 1500 dollars fixing and oil leak. the car is certainly a lemon i just dont have the money to buy a new car.
