Have you been asked to sign away your chargeback rights?

In 2012, CHOICE gave the Jetset Travelworld Group a Shonky after uncovering some dodgy terms and conditions that forced consumers to sign away their chargeback rights. We also referred Flight Centre to the ACCC for similar problems.

Has anyone seen any terms and conditions that require waiving chargeback rights? If the answer is yes, please share your experience in the comments below.
