What are the defects?

The electronic relay located in the front of the evaporator assembly may fail.

What are the hazards?

Gas and smoke may accumulate within the sleeper compartment and may present a risk of poisoning or smoke inhalation, which could cause serious illness, injury or death.

What should consumers do?

Owners should stop using the Icepack Electric Heater function and contact an authorised Icepack Repair Agent to arrange for the electronic relay to be replaced with a mechanical solenoid, free of charge.
