While you admit to being non-techie sometimes there is an add-on to a browser that causes a web site to function incorrectly. For example I use Firefox but even with all the add-ons disabled there are a number of websites that do not work properly with Firefox, so I have to use Edge or Chrome for them to display properly, and sometimes just allow me to pay.
Plz let us know what redbubble tells you when they respond.
Good Morning,
Here’s what Redbubble sent me, most of which is way above my pay grade.
Most cases the PayPal portal is not recognised by some browsers, because the Ad blocker on some PC’s perceives PayPal info as an advertisement. For that reason, they recommend disabling the ad blocker, and they included instructions on how to do that.
I had sent them a follow up email after I was able to buy the item on Facebook and they replied with this,
This one reiterates about the ad blocker but also suggests clearing your cache and cookies.
If none of that works they recommend restarting your device or try another web browser. They then include a “nifty article” for additional trouble shooting. They finished by saying if I have further problems to reach out again, with screenshots of the issue, if I can.
You are all caught up with the gobbledygook, lol.
I similarly will no longer use PayPal. I can’t remember exactly why, it was some years back, but something happened that sullied their previously good reputation, and I made the decision to. never use them again.
