Noted the latest review of garden shredders.
Interesting to see there is at least one rechargeable battery option.
It was not evident whether the testing included palm fronds? These can be green from pruning or the dead drier versions shed or pulled off to clean up. Past experience is all of these can be difficult items to shred/chip. Those of larger and taller palms are almost always tough and dry - commercial chippers only.
Any recommendations as to what might be practical for the tested models @ChrisBarnes? For the average urban home, perhaps fronds from potted palms, but not those growing in the garden?
