FOXTEL lead you to believe that you have cancelled your subscription when you haven’t. Click on the ‘cancel membership’ button and it links to another page with ‘cancel membership’ but you have to scroll past many advertisements for programs until finally you get to the real ‘cancel membership button’.
It is misleading. Anyone could easily think that pressing the first button is enough, and it should be.
If you successfully cancel the service ahead of end of trial FOXTEL will send a reminder but no reminder if you haven’t.
