If a customer returns a product that was unfit for consumption, what should the customer do if his suggestion to supermarket store staff that they reach out to the folk responsible for product recalls to investigate if not add the product to the ever growing list of products with recalls, seems to have fallen on deaf ears?
Without more information I don’t know. One case of bad food does not in itself warrant a recall.
