Hi all - have you come across a suspicious account purporting to be a major brand, trying to offer you customer service on social media?
I’ve seen a few of these accounts impersonating major airlines and reaching out to aggrieved customers who are trying to engage with the airline’s official account on Twitter/X. They’re often asking for people’s names and phone numbers, but I’m curious what else they’re trying to get out of people.
