What is the audio like on these tvs.

I don’t know never having heard one. Choice has not reviewed them, probably because they are a specialist area.
As a general rule thin TVs do not have very good sound as the speakers are very small and are in small enclosures which limits bass reproduction and they do not face front which limits treble as it is directional.
Depending on your taste they may be acceptable in a small room like a caravan.
Try to get a demo if you can.
