I’ve had it a few times in the last 12 months: item purchased not delivered at all; item delivered was not the item I ordered but somehow close (but inferior); item delivered coming from a different retailer; lately: instead of the 2 items ordered and paid for I received only one.
I wonder whether all this can be coincidence? One can be a serious mistake; two could be called coincidence; three or more? I order stuff from Amazon, too. Never any problem I hate to say. I got my money back in all instances, either from Ebay or Paypal - so far.
I have to wonder whether Ebay has turned into a haven for crooks who bank on that many, or most, customers won’t complain? I like to hear your thoughts.
