We bought a 1.1l Decor Insulated Double Wall Adventurer Bottle from Woolworth but after several use found out that the twist top doesn’t close properly and it leaks!
We have emailed Decor but have not had any reply from them.

Hi @Mummyrox, welcome to the community.
You can take the container back to Woolworths if it is faulty or not fit for purpose. Woolworths is required under the Australian Consumer Law to provide you with a remedy.
As a leak would be considered a major fault, you will be within your rights to ask for a refund.
