Choice Review website not 'counting' comments

As example, the table for the Panasonic NR CW530 fridge shows

but there is a review published on that link. There is also no ‘1 member recommends’ it. A counter-link is broken. Could it be the review is for a similar but not ‘that’ exact model? If that is the reason why publish it?

Thanks @PhilT, I’ll raise it with the website team :+1:

I complained about this on the 2nd June. Unimpressed that it still hasn’t been rectified. If I take the time and trouble to write a review, I expect it to be referenced on the reviews page. Being able to provide and access feedback from other consumers is one of the reasons I subscribe to Choice.

My sense is this can be attributed to a failed ‘new content management system’ project of which I was recently made aware in the Board Briefing available to voting members.

The salient point is an external review of the project recommended they start again from the beginning. Problems with the existing content management system are thus likely to remain pending the regrouping and getting a new one up and operating.
