An article regarding what to do to prepare for bush fires.
https://www.abc.net.au/news/emergency/plan-for-an-emergency/bushfire/
There is a handy list of the fire services for each state and territory with the Qld one providing a map of individulal areas which is coloured coded for the level of risk.
A very appropiate time to read it and prepare in view of the recent disasters.

This is a direct link to the Queensland RFS home page. There are options for RSS feeds, as well as a wide range of advice.

And a link to the current bush fire advice map.

Although there is always a lag with the web updates, we tend to rely on the ABC local radio as well. Internet is not assured.
It may be useful if others choose to add content relevant to their states.
