We have bought Waterthins wafer crackers for many years to eat with cheese and dips but our local Coles actually managed to have no stock of them a few weeks ago.
I spotted a different brand of wafer crackers ar the deli counter and bought a packet of them.

They are a much superior product, and in stark contrast to the Waterthins which regularly shatter when placing cheese on them or pushing them into a dip, these do not break
We will be sticking with these from now on.
