Reusable coffee cup in plain green or white for sizes 237mL, 355mL, 473mL or with custom names:

What are the defects?
In some cups the base of the cup may detach.
What are the hazards?
If the base of the cup detaches while containing hot liquid, the user may be burnt or scalded.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the cup and return the cup to the place of purchase to receive a full refund. Alternatively, consumers can contact Biopak to organise a refund.
