Labelling issues are cropping up about so much - now there is labelling for complementary medicines. I just wonder about the use of “a simple tick” for yet another endorsement. The tick is a much-used, and also misused, logo which tells the off-the-street consumer little.

Agreed @mudpuppy, any labelling efforts have to be meaningful in real-world scenarios. Maybe we’ll see more ‘scanning’ based phone apps in the future that can be customised to individual needs to cut through the noise?

That’s the way of the future I know, but Aus isn’t there yet - lots of people don’t have a smartphone, and reception in supermarkets is often not good enough anyway.
