What are the defects?
The product does not comply with the mandatory standard ‘Trade Practices Act 1974 Consumer Protection Notice No. 1 of 2003 Consumer Product Safety Standard: Bunk Beds’.
The bunk beds do not meet the standard requirements for allowable protrusions, gaps between bars and the required labelling advising the Australian distributor’s name and address.
What are the hazards?
The bunk bed poses potential entrapment hazards that could injure children.
What should consumers do?

Sound like it should be recalled based on the name alone. Presumably they used a cheap translator for the Chinese to English conversion.
