Art and Science mattress from Sleeping Giant

Choice recommends Sleeping Giant art and science Windsor Mattress. I chose a different mattress the “Balmoral”. Happy with firmness but the mattress is 5cm larger than the queen standard size. The response after a week of back and forth emails is that when I measure the mattress I need to measure the bottom of the mattress. And yess if I flip the mattress over so the pillow top is against the bed base my sheets will fit. What’s worse is they keep selling the mattress.

so, Do Not buy the Balmoral bed you will have to buy new fitted sheets and then alter them

I’ve also suggested to Choice that a good product review should be removed if a company sells a product that they know is “faulty” in this fashion.

My 2026 ‘community resolution’ is to not be bullied, lied to or ignored into submission when there is a problem with a product I’ve purchased. So of course I will be approaching fair trading.
