The 1 star reviews are almost as many as the 5 star reviews and are absolutely scathing.
Caveat emptor indeed.
The consistent claims of being improperly charged for this and that after checkout is telling. The APX reply is a standard scripted template, but in those replies where the customer’s claim is addressed it mostly has what I interpret as an air of arrogant contempt. Not the best way to operate a business but there will always be a clientele that looks for location or convenience and thinks ‘it’ won’t happen to them.
