We take a look at the third gen 12.9in Apple iPad Pro in another free review:
@BrendanMays, Great to read the review and see the price comparison with the US.
Clearly more useful than my iPad, but many times the price.
That the Pro has the same file transfer limitations as my standard iPad is enough to dissuade me from upgrading. Getting anything to cross between the Apple-verse and anything else remains a chore?
Having to convert pics from Apples new format to jpeg is just one more non trivial step.
Where’s the number pad?
Updated
Worth the read. Especially the advice on when the built in LIDAR unit is most useful, and what it cannot do.
Makes my 9.7” 5th gen iPad look very ancient. At least it is easily accommodated in my everyday carry bag. Something these newer 11” and 12.9” versions seem too large to replace?
Yes there are a number of alternative smaller screen options available from Apple, at slightly less earth shattering prices, but not with the latest chip.
